UVU Study Abroad in Russia

Friends, family, acquaintances, anyone: I'm taking a big step to go on what may be the opportunity of a lifetime. Next May (2017), Utah Valley University is hosting a Study Abroad program in Нижний Новгород  (Nizhny Novgorod)  and Москва (Moscow) . The classes center on Peace & Justice Studies, and anyone who knows me knows that those things are very important to me. I am also learning Russian at UVU right now, and going to Russia would be an invaluable experience in learning the language, naturally. 

While this is incredible, it's not a free trip. The estimated program fee is almost $3,000, and that fee does not include my passport, airfare, a $300 deposit, some meals in Russia, or any extras in Russia. Airfare (round trip) is estimated to cost anywhere from $500 - $2500 by itself. 

I am working as much as I can while still in school to afford this trip and next semester's (Spring 2017) tuition, but alas, any help at all is appreciated, if only as small an amount as $5. 

P.S. Charitable donations are highly appreciated, but you may also donate by asking me to do something for you. I make professional quality illustrations, available for commission, either digital or paper, and I can do other commissioned labor or artwork as well.
