Smith Family Recovery

My husband Dave was involved in a car accident when a wrong way driver struck his vehicle on his way to work. As a result of the accident, he fractured his pelvis and ribs and damaged nerves in his left leg. He is receiving physical therapy and it's going to be a long road to recovery.  Both of us are not working right now and we do not have medical insurance and are raising our eight month old son and we would appreciate any support you can offer to get us through this time.
