pls help a fellow motorcycle rider

i was involved in a moto accident but it was not my fault yet, on the police report the cop said it was my fault cuz he couldn't get my side of the story cuz i was not there, i was took to a hospital. that same cop went to the hospital to hand me over the police report number and he said that the lady driver admited she was at fault. she admited she was at fault 3 times but in the end, i was at fault.
i broke my tailbone , lost my motorcycle and im facing a 65 k hispital bill. i was working as a delivery guy for postmates when the accident happened.
i hired an attorney to take my case but even tho she admited fault 3 times. but neither the attorney nor my insurance fought for my case.
so im trying to raise money to get another bike and keep on working so i can pay the bills.
