Kids with Tourette Syndrome need Acceptance!
Due to the State Budget delay, the PA Tourette Syndrome Alliance needs emergency funds so our Consultants can attend school meetings and provide on-site trainings to help children with Tourette syndrome!
Without funding, we can not be in the schools to help teachers understand, accept and support these students with TS. This neurological disorder can have a detrimental effect on their education, self-esteem and can make them the target of bullying. Children, families and schools need PA-TSA's help to set up the right program, train teachers and provide sensitivity training to peers.
You can help support our Disability Advocacy Fund right now, so that PA-TSA can support families at every school meeting and training that is needed this school year! The children we help this spring will be forever grateful for your generosity!
