Special Needs Swim Lessons

I want to start providing swim lessons for children (and adults) with special needs, specifically those on the autism spectrum.

Working with children with special needs is a true passion of mine. I have taken care of special needs children (specifically children on the autism spectrum) in a caretaker role as well as a clinical role.  Since swimming is a hobby of mine, I wanted to combine something I am good at and enjoy with something I am passionate about, and to do something that is crucial to so many lives. 

Drowning is is the number one cause of accidental death in children under age 5.
In 2009-2011, drowning accounted for 91% of deaths in children on the autism spectrum, 14 years and under. 
Swim lessons specifically designed for children with special needs is critical for the safety of the child. 

Money key raised would go towards supplies, scholarships, and any start up fees/payments I will need to be able to provide these services.
