Sweet Stuff - Coffee / Bake Shop

Well here we are. We have the building, the variance, the permits, the menu, the drive and the dream. It just comes down to the money now.
Most of you know me and my story, but for those of you that don’t my name is Traci and I’ve been baking since I was probably about 12. I live in the beautiful small village of Minoa on the east side of Syracuse. Actually, I grew up here. The building I want to open the shop in is right in the heart of this village. There’s nothing else like it around and I really think it could bring a little bit of charm and life here. A nice place to come on in a grab a treat and a cup of coffee...  
It’s on a major corner right across from the town hall, fire department, library and senior community. Perfect for a quick stop on those walks to the park or maybe a stroll around the block.
Currently, I run a home processing business creating customized cakes, cookies, cupcakes, pies, and other tasty treats. These are some of the things I’d like to bring into the shop. The menu I have planned will start out with small batch treats and of course coffee, tea and other beverages. As the shop gains ground, I’d like to expand to simple lunches such as soups, chili and sandwiches. Unfortunately, the building needs a few renovations. We need a counter, a few pieces of baking equipment, a grease trap, coffee machines, a front porch with a wheelchair accessible ramp and a bathroom renovation for ADA compliance.
Of course, all of this costs money and more than I have. ☹️So, that’s where you come in! Help me get this shop open and become a successful business in my beautiful hometown!
