Sweet Little Bully needs help

I am a 9  1/2 yr old female bully, my mom (the humans call her SHEILA) friends say the "Sweetest Dog they've ever meet".  I realize 9  1/2 sounds old but I'm usually pretty spunky, when we go for a walk people always ask mommy "how old is your puppy"? They are shocked to hear I'm in my senior years. 
I'm in need of just a little assistance, as I'm not ready to give up!!!. I have a lot of playfulness & love to still give.  I skipped a meal last week, believe me that was the very first time in my life...so the trip to vet Saturday unfortunately revealed I had an enlarged spleen...diagnosis=ANEMIC, well that explained my very pale gums & why my normal bloodshot eyes where so white.  The nice man at the office said my blood was at 18%...oh my gosh that sounded bad! Mommy took me home & we started on some pills...we'll we tried to.  I myself didn't care for those pills so much, I'll even admit sometimes I spit them back out when mommy isn't looking, I know~my bad!  I was able to get some down, I'm pretty sure it was unknowingly to me cuz my tummy hurt later.  I ended up throwing up & cuz of this silly flat nose I have unfortunatly I aspirated my vomit into my lungs.  I know, I know this sounds really gross to me too but I have to tell the story of how I got in this bad predicatimet. I didn't mean to do it & boy if I knew throwing up was going to make me even sicker I might have tried to keep it down.  So now my bad situation got worse as I have developed something called pneumonia...sure hope I'm spelling all these big words correctly.   Well after my blood transfusion last night, that's right poor little me had to have a blood transfusion! I didn't even know they did that to dogs...I can take it off my bucket list (although, it was never really on there).  The good news is my blood is up to 30% & still holding, sounds way better than 18%. They’re
not sure what's causing my body to attack it's own cells...gosh why would anything want to attack me, I'm just so darn cute and sweet. I DON'T have a tumor, leukemia (another big word) or internal bleeding, so that sounds super great!!!  The hope is the transfusion will keep me feeling better long enough for the steroids to work on my immune system & keep my red blood cells going, my body IS STILL producing them!!! But there disappearing, what the heck #$@%&! where are they going!  My bigger problem is getting through the pneuomia, my respiratory rate gets lower when they take me out of this funny bubble that is giving me life.  So if you could help a Bully out (the good kind of Bully)! I need to stay in special bully bubble FEW MORE DAYS, I NEED the oxygen, repeat x-rays to check status of my lungs,  repeat blood tests, the IV, all the meds/shot & I guess for these people to keep checking on me is all at a cost of apprx $2000 a day! (Seems as if care for me is as much as it is for you).  Not only is my mom cute & funny but she is smart enough to have insurance on me BUT it will only cover apprx 30% of this bill & I know she already spent over $4500 THUS FAR.  That doctor lady said I COULD SURVIVE this I just need to get this special attention.  I certainly feel I deserve it, if you knew me you would think so too! So I would so greatly appreciate everyone's help of just a small donation of $10.00 (ten) to $15 (15) dollars to help me get through this, just the cost of a lunch out or a few beers.  I know my mom would feel so very lucky to have me in her life for a little longer, after all it's just been her and I all this time & boy have I been spoiled! I know she was sad cuz she didn't have a chance to have one of those babies they call humans in her life but I'm sure glad she didn't cuz I got all the special attention and I've been a good girl cause of it.   Keep your fingers crossed for me!
