Susanna's Mission to Nicaragua
My name is Susanna McNichol, and I have a chance to serve the poor, the orphaned, the elderly and the imprisoned this summer in Nicaragua, South America!
The Mission trip is being sponsored and organized by my high school, The Highlands School, in Irving, TX, USA.
The $1450 will go to cover:
Plane Fare ($515)
Online registration fees ($645)
2 Night's accomodation during the trip $75.00)
Spending money ($75)
Passport fees ($140)
It's my passion to serve and help others. Together with the priests, brothers and Consecrated of my school, your assistance will enable me to follow Christ's calling for us to help those most in need.
I am the middle child of seven, wonderful siblings, but my mother has been in recovery from a catastrophic stroke, and unable to work until recently. As we are a large but single-income family, full funding would be difficult to come by without your help.
Please give generously! Anything you send will be appreciated, and our family will keep your intentions in our daily prayers.

P.S. : For those who'd like to hear us, we were interviewed on KATH 910 AM Catholic radio yesterday! Hear us by clicking on this link:
We have raised the $1450! Now, it's actually $1401 after the GoFundMe folks take their cut, so anyone who wants to throw in another $50 will NOT be turned away!
But regardless, thank you all to everyone who participated and gave!
Thank you go out to my Uncle George Coleman, who gave the latest generous donation of $200! Thank you!
If you have donated, thank you again! God bless you, and your intentions will be in our family prayers for the next month!
...usually the rosary. Unless it's past 9pm, in which case we say an Our Father, Hail Mary, and Glory Be. And Tuesday night is Media Night...but you get the idea. :D
