My mother and father were married for over sixty years and worked very hard all their lives. They grew up during the great depression, worked hard, and raised a family. As they entered their 80's, they started having medical problems and I became their full-time caregiver.
Last year, at the age of 84, my Dad a Korean War Veteran was diagnosed with Cancer due to asbestos poisoning, and he went home to be with the Lord on Jan. 7, 2017. Please see his memorial below:

Two months before his passing my mother fell and broke her pelvic. Since his passing, she has had many serious infections with one being so severe, we had to rush her to the hospital. Combined with her previous injuries, recent illnesses and her age 87, her mobility is very limited and she is in need of constant care. This has been the hardest year ever for us with the great sorrow of my Dad passing away, mother in the hospital, funeral expenses, medical expenses, legal fees, central air & heating needing repairs, car repairs needed and home maintenance needed due to the age of the home and hurricane Harvey damage to the exterior of the home.
As my mom's full time caregiver, due to her special needs, I have put my life and career on hold to help, which means we only live on a little social security each month. I am blessed to have a wonderful sister and brother -in-law who help when they can, a primary care physician who is close-by and oversees all of my mother's health needs and a home health nurse that is able to come by every two weeks. But, our financial resources are now exhausted and we are in need.

* Repair of the Central Air Unit
* Repair of the family car
* Home maintenance including plumbing repairs, siding repairs, appliance repairs
* Medical expenses
