Surviving houseboat for a survivor

“That’s my life” said Danny Davis on News 12 with tears falling from his eyes while looking at his vessel from shore. This 53 year old heartbroken New Jersey man lost his houseboat in this years blizzard. Fortunately, he found it, but it’s now stuck in the middle of the frozen Sandy Hook Bay.  With his home surrounded by ice, and on a fixed income, Danny is living in his van with his 2 dogs. Having survived 13 heart attacks, 18 stents, and a triple bypass surgery just 7 month ago, Danny is a fighter.
