Recovery & Foundation

The short of it is my wife decided to leave me and in doing so left me with a tremendous amount of debt, an empty house being two months behind, and some bills that I am struggling to keep up with two days after I am out of the hospital. At present, I am working on establishing an income, but I need some time to make it a firm foundation. Any assistance goes to providing food, bill coverage, hygiene necessities, and wiping off some of the debt to allow me some time to recover. 

I presently have a caseworker from SAM looking into qualified assistance for me, potential help in disability, and providing coverage for my medicinal and therapeutic needs. My goal is to attempt to remain within the vicinity of my children. If I fail to meet deadlines for my mortgage and bills then I will be forced to relocate to where I have physical supports. This puts me 1500 miles away from my boys. They are my life, my pride, and my joys and I have all but given up on where to go and who to turn to in order to keep near them. 

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to stay positive and maintain my PTSD practices/exercises to prevent another extensive hospital visit. I just want to be near my children to help them through this stage of the divorce and know that I am there for them. I would very much like to avoid having them undergo the experience that I did as a child of missing their father in their times of need.
