Surgey for sable

My dog sable has temporary paralysis in her back legs due to her disc bulging on her spine, this could lead to permanent paralysis.She can’t walk around and needs surgery and we cannot afford it. Without the surgery we would have to put her down.  The surgery is expensive due to have to see certain specialists and how special the surgery is. She is only 5 years old and is the best dog anyone could have. Anything would help and would be greatly appreciated.
