Surgery for Theodore

For the past two weeks, my beautiful 11 week old Cavalier King Charles Theodore had been scratching and biting at his hip, it eventuated into him crying in pain unprovoked.
I knew something was not right, so I took him to the vets for an examination and X-rays. While I was expecting something small as a pulled muscle or pinched nerve, as puppies play and are clumsy, it turns out it is something much more serious.
Theodore has somehow fractured his right hip in the growth plate. He is needing expensive hip replacement surgery; as he's too little currently to survive the surgery, we must wait for him to grow. In the meantime he will be on daily pain mediciation until he is big and strong enough.
We are not sure of how he has done this, and are in awe of how he still trys to run around and play despite being totally lame in his right leg.
The breeder has said I can return him for a full refund, but Theodore is apart of my family, and although the surgery and medication is costly, I cannot abandon him whatsoever.
If you could kindly consider to donate even $1.00 to Theodore's surgery, it would be greatly appreciated as every amount no matter how small will help Theodore tremendously.
