Surgery for Odin!

We rescued Odin from abuse and neglect. He has a dislocated back left hip. He needs a Femoral Osteotomy in order to get him better. The estimated total was $1,400 from out local vet. The sooner, the better! He deserves a better life. One where he doesn't have to stay outside in the rain, snow, or heat. One where he is not being beaten and unsure of when his next meal will be... He is so sweet and he deserves to run freely like all the other healthy animals out there! Can you help?
