Surgery and Chemotherapy for Merce

Please help me rise founds to pay for surgery and chemotherapy for Mercedes Aguirre, our beloved and caring Friend, Mother and Grandma.
Mercedes was diagnosed in 2016 with a Hodgkin Lymphoma, after the detection of a tumor in her neck which turned to be metastatic. Mercedes lives in Venezuela, a country with a deep economic and social crisis in which there has been a deep shortage of medicines including chemotherapies for all types of cancer. The only way to survive in Venezuela is to pay for a private clinic, and the medication needs to be imported from Colombia directly by her family members as has been for months not available locally.
Her family has invested until the last penny to pay for surgeries and chemotherapies and unfortunately they have reached their limit. They don´t have any founds left to pay any longer.
She still needs a surgery to remove a new tumor which detected recently, and needs to keep the chemotherapy to avoid new tumors to appear. Doctors are positive, as the metastasis has been stoped, and they are confident there is a very good chance for her to overcome this cancer, but is mandatory to stick to her treatment
My name is Rolando Paolucci, Venezuelan, living Germany since 2011. Mercedes is my friend and is the mother of Jhosua Fuenmayor, one of my best friends who still lives in Maracaibo - Venezuela.
The country is now suffering a terrible hyperinflation and there is no way to raise the founds in Venezuelan currency (Bolivares) as it depreciates at every second. We need to rise the founds for the surgery and treatment in US $ as the clinic costs and medications are all now calculated based on this currency and the Chemos need to be bought in Colombia.
I have offered myself to raise the founds for them and transfer safely the founds to the clinic from my German bank account based on the exchange rate applicable the day of the transfer. This is the only way we can keep pase with devaluation and be able to buy the chemotherapy in Colombia.
We need the founds urgently to keep administrating the Chemos and perform the pending surgery.
We are all devastated by the idea that she may lose this battle if we don´t find the required founds.
