WNYT's News Article On The House Fire 

January 7th, 2019 around midnight... this is when Wendell Taylor Jr. was the victim of a devastating house fire. Wendell was asleep in his home when the furnace blew and the fire occurred. He woke up to the smell of smoke. He quickly ran out of the house to safety as his home collapsed behind him.

Thankfully, nobody was harmed. However, the house burnt to the ground along with everything inside of it. 



Every possession of Wendell's was in the house pictured above. Everything he owned was set ablaze along with the house. It is now gone. 


We would like to raise $10,000 to get Wendell and his family back on their feet. The money will go towards a new home and living expenses for them during this devastating time. Any donation, big or small, helps more than you think. Thank you.
