Support the Sagers

A few weeks ago, Sage began having some mobility issues in his left arm. Through the urging of a friend, he went in for an MRI. Doctors discovered a brain tumor. Sage underwent an initial surgery to remove the growth. They were not able to remove all of the tumor, for fear of causing damage to his brain. His doctors instead chose to wait until they got the pathology results back before proceeding further. Unfortunately, the prognosis was what they had originally feared, grade IV Glioblastoma. With this knowledge, the doctors went back in to remove the rest of the tumor and were successful.

After spending ten days in the hospital, Sage was transferred to an inpatient rehab hospital for a couple of weeks. He will then have to continue on with outpatient rehab as well as begin the grueling treatment of Chemo and Radiation therapy.

Tracy and Sage are very optimistic that their strength and love will get them through this trying time. Unfortunately, neither of them will be able to work during Sage's treatment and their out of pocket expenses are going to be extensive.  We are raising money to help alleviate the financial burden that these circumstances will cause. They will need help, not only with medical expenses, but also with monthly bills.

We all know how amazing Tracy and Sage are and how truly beautiful their love is. Now is the time to rally and support them in any way we can.
