We were recently hit by a storm in QLD, our home insurance have rejected the claim for the 29m collapsed retaining wall, the wall collapsed into our family pool, this has destroyed patio, our kids pool toys and boogie boards, the outdoor bar and shade and the list goes on.
With no insurance due to insurers providing a report stating It's the builders responsibility the builder confirmed he had no insurance and refuses to pay for damages or even the full wall re-build.
This is now lodged with ombudsman and we probably have to fight him in court.
At this time if you can do anything to support the Brewster family to rebuild we thank you, we really cannot do this alone.
The damages are estimated at $25,000 this is maybe £15,000gbp but every little will help us to restart to Cleanup and get our garden and pool back for the kids and fight those responsible for these damages.
