Support Samantha and Family

Dear Friends,
We've started this campaign for our dear friend, Samantha Fairbanks, and her family. Just three weeks ago, following very recent, unexplained headaches and nausea this family received the devastating news that the doctors discovered a tumor in Sam's brain. Within a week it was determined that that it is Stage 4 brain cancer (the most aggressive type). Because of the tumor's location in the brain, it is inoperable.
Samantha's urgent and critical circumstances have lead this family to a specialist in Houston, Texas. This clinic offers hope, treatment, and her best chance for survival for her type of cancer. She and her mother have temporarily relocated in order to receive care.
This hope and opportunity comes at a cost of nearly $40,000 PER MONTH. It is estimated at this time that her treatment will last a year. Her grandparents gave what they have to pay for her evaluation and initial treatment.
The Fairbanks family needs financial help urgently for Sam's treatment to continue. This clinic is not able to extend financial exceptions based on income or ability to pay. They must be able to pay to stay.
They, and we respectfully ask and plead for your help.
