OPPORTUNITY OF A LIFETIME!
But I can't do it without your help!
I have qualified to compete at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show under the Young Florist of the Year 2019 section. This is a prestigious national award, and I am so excited to get creative and, obviously, win ;)
I will be exhibiting at the show from May 22nd-May 25th
I started into floristry when I attended Shuttleworth College in Biggleswade, and acheived a Disinction at Level 3 Floristry after two years. I now work as Senior Florist at The Flower Boutique in Woburn Sands.
I would be so grateful for your help to fund my cost of travel and accommodation for the duration of the show. The exhibitor schedule requires me to be there for five days, and Chelsea is not cheap! This fundraiser will enable me to book somewhere to sleep, have breakfast and dinner, and park the car at the show (parking alone is £40 per day!!).
This is the last hurdle I have to cross to make it to Chelsea, so your support means I can take part in this competition and do you proud!
Even just attending this competition will increase my knowledge and confidence, give me opportunities to meet fellow florists and traders, network to the max, and challenge myself to do something scary. In the end, no matter the results, the experience itself will be well worth it. As it is my first professional competition, I am equal parts terrified and eager--please help me get there to prove what I can do!
Let's show the bigwigs that the girl from Woburn Sands is a winner!!!!
