Support Maria with her cancer fight

Donation protected

When I hear about the tragedy that met my friends as well as high cost of therapy needed for Marysia, I've decided to help them by expanding original crowd funding to English speaking countries.

I believe that together (we crowdfunding family) will be able to make Marysia healthy and happy child again.

"Marysia, one day, healthy and fit, with a backpack in her hand, will be at the school door and will start her adventure with the other children with a smile on her face."

Message from her loving parents:
September 2017 was to be the month in which Mary, our eldest daughter, was about to begin her kindergarten adventure. The period of our preparation and vacation time was interrupted by the worst possible message, the diagnosis of - malignant tumor of mesenchymedulloblastoma with spinal cord screening.

July 7, 2017, is the date when our 6-year-old treasure began to struggle with cancer.

Everything was going very fast. We came under the care of wonderful neurosurgeons from ICZMP in Lodz (Poland).
It was here that Marysia underwent a difficult surgery to remove the tumor with a diameter of more than 5 cm, and lasting exhausting four and a half hours.
We Marysia's parents felt completely helpless and defenseless at that time. During surgery we were not even sure if we would see her again ... the operating room door closed and we only had a prayer.

The operation ended successfully, Marysia is alive. We saw her as "sleeping" after surgery, hairless with a million tubes and tubing in the head, dressings on the forehead and eyes. The next 4 days we spent in the ICU. The state was heavy, uncertain in anticipation of the survival of every next hour. In one of those hours after waking up, on her face appeared the first smile.

Marysia has not spoken to us so far, we are waiting for her first words after surgery. We began rehabilitation in which we were accompanied by various, extremely opposite emotions from laughter to tears through pain and tears. Together with Marysia, we collect the strength needed to fight the cruel enemy. Marysia is, however, an unbelievably brave girl. He does not give up and fight every day.

Currently, we are after the second surgery to implement of the ventricular-peritoneal valve. What now? We do not know. What's next? What shall we do? Where and when? Who and whom to go to? What method? How much is it?

Worst, but the most important decisions are ahead of us. Looking for the best solutions we will have to take them.

Hence our loud appeal and a huge request for help to save our baby's life and health.

There is less invasive treatment than radiotherapy. It is proton therapy that does not damage healthy cells. Treatment abroad in Germany or the Czech Republic costs from 17 thousand. Up to 60 thousand euros. Possibly this is the only chance for life for Marysia.

Our family and devoted friends want to take care to act for her though. We will do everything, really everything possible and available i
n the world, not to loose her, like any loving parent their child.
We very much believe that Marysia, one day, healthy and fit, with a backpack in her hand, will be at the school door and will start her adventure with the other children with a smile on her face.

We are very grateful for every penny, support and financial help as well as prayers!
