*UPDATE* Kelly's surgery on Tuesday went well. She is now home recovering...please continue to keep her in your prayers, she has a long journey ahead but is staying positive thanks to her friends, family and all of you.:)

My best friend Kelly found a lump in her left breast in September 2018, and on October 4th received the dreaded news that no woman wants to hear...she has breast cancer. It was soon diagnosed as Grade 3, "Invasive Ductile Carcinoma" cancer.
She is having surgery on October 23, 2018 to remove two lumps in her left breast followed by several treatments of radiation. This of course is the first phase. Once the lumps are removed, further testing will be done to determine whether or not a more aggressive approach is needed with the removal of both breast along with chemotherapy.
We are still waiting for some last minute details to be included in her diagnosis thus far but it is still early and the road ahead of her is going to be a long one.
She is a single mom and the recovery time for her surgery is an estimated 8-12 weeks...this fundraiser is to help alleviate the stress and support her family while she is out of work during that time. This time does not include additional procedures that may have to be done such as chemotherapy (10-12 weeks) if it comes to that.
She cannot work during these times and will be missing out on a large source of income plus the upcoming holiday season is fast approaching. I'm asking for donations to help her get through this financially difficult time. I will personally be handling Kelly's financial obligations for her during the next 3 months to help alleviate stress so she can focus on her recovery. Your donations will be deposited into my personal bank account and I will withdrawal them to directly pay her:
