Hepi is three years of age, soon to be four. He is a rambunctious, loving and playful little man.

In October of 2017, Hepi is diagnosed with an Atrial Septal Defect (ASD), which are usually found within weeks to a few months after birth. An ASD is a hole in the wall of the mid to upper chambers of the heart.
It was suggested that we monitor this ASD in hopes it would close on its own within time. After several appointments and close monitoring of the nickel size hole. Showing no progress, it was apparent that the whole would not close on its own. Having this ASD is not allowing Hepi to grow at the rate needed to remain in tip-top health and grain weight to be in his respective area of the growth chart. Hepi is now in need of surgery.
We as a family know that Hepi will overcome this bump in his path of life. With prayers and unconditional love, Hepi’s surgery will soon be that of the past.
