transportation to hospital for chemo treatment

August 11th I took my son to the ER for a CT Scan to find out what was wrong with his eye. They found something they did not know was so they admitted him to the hospital and did an MRI the next day. After they did the MRI we waited for the results and later that night they transferred us to the children's hospital in park ridge. THEN finally the oncologist stated it was most likely a tumor. After being there till the 16th we went to have a biopsy done of the tumor in behind his eye. We had went home for a few days. AUGUST 20TH came along and I got the phone call from the opthmologist that did the biopsy behind his eye. And it came out a worse fear of ours. He has rhabdomyosarcoma which is cancer. He will have to undergo chemo and radiation. Don't know what type yet but he will be starting chemo very soon. Now he has to be in a children's cancer hospital to do the treatment and we live an hour n half away n don't have the funds to drive here every week. So this is why I did start the go fund me.
