Support for the Devlin Family

As many of you are now aware, our friend and colleague. Meg Devlin, lost her Dad unexpectedly on Monday, April 30. Tom Devlin , was the primary caregiver of the family and most acutely for Meg’s mom, Adrienne, who has lived with  Multiple Sclerosis since 1999 when she was just 29 years old.

 

Adrienne’s MS has gotten worse in the past couple of years and her energy levels are at an all-time low. She typically has the energy to do things for 2-3 hours in the morning, and then her body hits a limit and forces her to rest for the remainder of the day. She has had the good fortune over the years to have Tom as a  great caretaker and they had enjoyed a quiet retired life together.

 

With Meg and her brother, Mark, living out of state, there is a genuine need to ensure that Adrienne has the necessary professional caregivers in place every day.
