Support for Jenny and her family

Jenny and her family very quickly and unexpectedly lost their beloved mama Shauna Witte on Monday.  Shauna had just buried her beloved mom, Grandma Love on Saturday.  She had been feeling weak that day when Jenny convinced her and took her to go get checked at Instacare.  After a few hospital transfers and life flights, she was taken to the University of Utah.  Shauna was very sick and fought through every medical turn of events with her strong, fighter spirit.  When it became apparent that her body was not going to be able to overcome each turn of event, Jenny and brother Matt were given the responsibility of having to make that decision for their sweet mama.  As they played Josh Grobin's "You lift me up" by Shauna's ear, she passed away being lovingly supported by her 2 children who loved her more than life itself.  They assured her they would be ok.  Shauna was promised that Jenny and Matt and their families would be taken care of and loved as she did.

Shauna was one of the most selfless, loving, hard working women that has walked this earth.  Her greatest concern as she was going in and out of consciousness was most likely the burden she felt she was putting on Jenny and Matt.  She was most likely thinking- "Go home and be with your families....I'm fine".  This was how she lived her life- her kids and family 1st and always.  Shauna overcame and triumphed through many hardships throughout her life with dignity and admiration.   She was and will always be the perfect example of unconditional love and selflessness.  We love you Shauna and will be there in whatever way is needed for Jenny and Matt  and their families-until we all meet again.
