Support for honeys surgery

My dog Honey Bee was struck by a car on June 26th. The person responsible for this was speeding on Hahntown Wendel Rd. They struck her and then fled they did not stop to check on Honey or to inform my family of what happened. Honey had to have emergency surgery because she has a broken ulna and radius in her right front leg and a completely shattered paw on her left front leg. These emergency surgery’s were quite expensive and difficult for me to afford. Anything would be greatly appreciated. Honey is my first rescue dog I adopted on my own and means the world to me. Thank you
