On Saturday, August 4th as she returned from her family’s annual vacation to Stone Harbor, NJ Ann’s car was struck in a head on collision. She was taken by Medevac to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center. There she underwent surgeries for multiple fractures. She was later transferred to Penn Presbyterian in Philadelphia for additional recovery.
Her family credits her strong personality as the reason she survived the impact and fought valiantly for eight weeks. They are grateful to all her medical providers for their hard work in trying to save Ann's life. They were saddened when Ann succumbed to her injuries on Sunday, September 30th in the early afternoon.
Ann’s family asks in lieu of flower and other offers of sympathy, donations be made to this page. It is their hope they will be able to make a donation to Ann's favorite charities or arrange for her funeral expenses with the kindness extended by all those who knew and loved her.
