On Saturday, December 3rd, Bessie's son Lyle was violently attacked, causing him to lose oxygen for ten minutes, and causing a major heart attack. He has been on life support ever since, and has no brain activity at this time.
Lyle was a loving brother and son, and his family has had to make the heartbreaking decision to stop life support once everyone has had the chance to say their final goodbyes.
No parent should ever have to go through this. Bessie has barely left Lyle's side,, and has missed work ever since. She will need extra help with all of the expenses that go along with such a traumatic time, and she shouldn't have to worry about things like paying rent and bills while she is grieving.
We are asking for help to cover the expenses that will be incurred, and prayers for the Woodward family in their time of grief.
