Support for Fedora's Mother

Donation protected
On March 27, 2019, James "Fedora" Mandeville passed away. He was an Air Force mechanic, an EMT, and the founder of Operation Hammond. This group of volunteers provides First Aid services to conventions and large events. It was created as a channel for Fedora's interest in the well-being of convention attendees.

Since its founding in 2012, Operation Hammond's membership has soared, it has served dozens of events, and its geographic footprint reaches into Canada. Today, the non-profit organization serves as an expression of Fedora's legacy of generosity and caring for others.

Until recently, another expression of Fedora's generosity was his financial contributions to his mother's household. Working as an EMT, Fedora provided essential support. In his absence, Operation Hammond would like to provide some relief. We're collecting donations here, and 100% of the proceeds will go directly to Fedora's mother.

We appreciate the support everyone has shown to Fedora's family and Operation Hammond. We are committed to our mission of nerds helping nerds in times of need and look forward to serving the convention community through 2019 and beyond.
