In a June 2017, A group of Teacher/Education students will be heading to East Timor and Kakadu to work with school children and communities in remote and resource poor regions.
Our trip will consist of teaching in at Padre Manuel Luis Primary School in Maliana, supporting the Dominican Orphanage in Bidau and Supporting a Girls Orphange in Maliana; as well as providing the Maliana community with much needed resources.
We are currently trying to raise as much money as we can, to assist the children and families there. All the money we raise will go towards education/classroom resources, Maliana community's basic needs, and projects (Such as a Water Tank Project) we are hoping to introduce or continue once we are over there.
This is something that I am very passionate about. This is a journey that started in 2015 and i am proud of the previous groups efforts in supporting a water tank project. School children will have access to clean drinking water during the school day thanks to previous support.
No Donation is too small! A small amount of money for some us is significant, what ever you are can donate within you means. whether $1 or $1000 your support is greatly appreciated.
