My fight against lupus

Hi my name is D’Anza Hendricks. I’m 23 years old, from Rocky Mount, NC.  In January of 2015 I was diagnosed with lupus nephritis, an auto immune disease that causes inflammation of the kidney.  With lupus, the body's immune system targets its own body tissues. So basically, my body is attacking itself.  Since 2015, I’ve been in and out of hospitals, prescribed different types of medications, endured test studies and put through months of chemotherapy. I have been denied Medicaid & am unable to afford insurance due to the severity of my health condition & inability to work full time hours because of it.At first, the lupus was very manageable, but slowly my kidneys started degrading & now they have completely failed. What I thought would be just a normal sick visit turned into me having to start emergency dialysis and I was told I am in need of a kidney transplant ASAP as all other options have been used with little to no success.  If you would find it in your heart to help me fight this , I’d be forever grateful.
