# SUPPORT BRIKAMA-BA PRIMARY SCHOOL WITH SCHOOL MATERIALS
The Brikamaba Primary School is located in Lower Fulladu West District, Central River Region of The Gambia. The school was established in 1963 and has an enrolment of over1000 pupils. The school has been providing basic education to children within Brikamaba Town and the satellite villages. As of late the school has minimum funding from the Central government in areas of providing learning materials such as chairs and tables.
On my recent visit to the Gambia, I have physically visited the school and have seen myself pupils sitting on the classroom floor to receive fundamental basic right of every child. This is very pathetic and emotional seeing the future generation of our time receiving first time education under such a harsh and un conducive environment. Equally, perimeter fence of the school and walls of the classroom blocks are in a dilapidated condition.
As results of above mentioned constraints, impacted negatively on pupils output performance in comparison with other schools in other part of the country. Thus on behalf of the school authorities and pupils of Brikamaba Primary School, we solicit your kind donation whatever amount be it cash or kind to support the provision of chairs and other learning materials of this great Alma mater of ours.
Thank you in advance for your kind donation and may God bless you all.
