Support Arthur Shelmandine's Family

Donation protected
On May 4,  Arthur suddenly collapsed and was rushed to the ED at UVMMC in Burlington. What the doctors originally thought was a stroke turned out to be an incredibly rare abnormality that only 1% of the population suffers from and is usually in those between ages 10 and 40. A link in his brain, known as a Cerebral Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM), from artery to vein had too much pressure and ruptured, causing a massive brain bleed. On May 14, after ten days in the ICU, Arthur passed away while surrounded by his loving family.

Arthur Shelmandine was an incredible, loving, and generous man who was committed to his beautiful family like no other. In addition to his family, he was beloved by many friends and community members who met him through his business "It's Arthur's Fault " and enjoyed his delicious sweet and savory sauces and marinades.

Let's help support his family during this difficult time. Please share your memories of Arthur in the comments.

Money raised on this GoFundMe will help with:
*Hospital Expenses beyond what insurance will cover
*Family costs associated with spending 10 days with Arthur in the ICU
*PTO for It's Arthur's Fault production manager and Arthur's daughters
*Childcare
*Celebration of Arthur's Life event in a few months
