A Red Day for Suncoast Elementary

This is a campaign to help bring Grammy-award winning children's singer/songwriter RED GRAMMER to Suncoast Elementary for Music In Our Schools Month!
Sadly, our music department was cut this year due to budget cuts. With music being our universal language, I probably do not need to explain why Music Education is so important. If you have read this far, then you most likely already agree!

Red Grammer writes and playfully performs songs specifically aimed at character-building in children, as well as songs that teach about citizenship and global responsibility. His charm is irresistible and his enthusiasm is contagious! My students LOVE his songs!

Our Principal believes, as I do, that providing our 900+ students with a "Red Day" (which includes grade level "informances", a school-wide daytime performance, and a Family Night performance) would benefit our students greatly! Not only would this special event help promote the NEED for music in our schools through community awareness,  but also support Suncoast's "S.M.A.R.T. Expectations",  teach important lessons, and potentially make ever-lasting impressions in young hearts!
