Studying coral reef communities in Honduras

I'm going to collect data for my dissertation in Honduras. These reefs are threatened by, algae growth caused by the death of sea urchins, the introduction of lionfish (an invasive species), and overfishing by local communities. The data collected will be going towards addressing the key management methods that are needed for these coral reefs. I'm excited to be travelling to a place I have never visited before, and be able to learn to dive and complete a project on it.
