Studio Start Up Fundraiser

As most of you know by now, I've been unceremoniously kicked out of my current photography studio due to a conflict of "energies" with a studio partner. That's Asheville for you, I guess.
I've secured a new space, and the rent is a good bit higher than my current location. Its definitely going to pay for itself in time, but I really could use help with the upstart costs. As I will be the first photographer in the new studio, it is completely without equipment- equipment I am currently borrowing that will remain in my old location when I move. Beyond first, last and security, I need at least 4 rolls of seamless backdrop paper, a set of strobes and light modifiers, new business cards, shelving for my office, and so much more.
I have an immensely difficult time asking for help of any kind, and financial help is even harder.
For that reason, I'm not going to ask for donations. I'm going to ask for investments. For every dollar you donate, you will receive 50% of said donation back in the form of gift certificates/coupons for future sessions or prints with me. For example, donate $25, receive a voucher for $12.50. Really not into the idea of having your picture taken but you still want to help? You can give your voucher to someone else as a gift. They don't even have to book a session. They could order a print of a fine art shoot from my portfolio if that would be a better fit.
Most of all, I want to thank each and every one of you reading this. You know how much this means to me, and so many of you have asked what I might need by way of help. I am looking forward to making this dream of mine a reality and I truly couldn't do it without all of your love and support.
