Strong In The Storm! #BryanStrong
Thank you for your continued prayers, love, and encouragement! Bryan’s battle started in October and continues today. Bryan will have surgery on the morning of April 24th at the UW Hospital in Seattle.
He is expected to have a 6-8 week recovery and adjustment to life with an Ileostomy. Bryan is preparing spiritually, mentally, and physically for this fight ahead to BEAT THIS CANCER!
Once Bryan recovers from his surgery, he will start a 4-month journey of Chemo treatments. After healing from the chemo, he moves onto a second surgery, approximately in November to reverse the Ileostomy. Again, this will be another 4-6-week recovery.
The journey ahead seems overwhelming and extremely difficult, and so we ask you to consider helping to alleviate the weeks of time loss from work and medical bills so Bryan can concentrate on getting well.
As you can see, several battles lie ahead. Cancer is a formidable foe, but Bryan is strong! The community is strong as well and we support each other.
Bryan stands boldly against cancer! I know sometimes it feels like he’s an army of one, but cancer stares back at him and sees an entire community behind him! We are Bryan Strong!
