Stroke procedure

At the institute of Neurology in Boca Raton has a  procedure that is not guaranteed to restore usage of affected parts of the body from a stroke but there is a chance it may work, it has on some patients I’m willing to take a chance. Come on stem cell technology!!, its not far off from being a-reality. I believe a person can dream can’t. they. At the cost of 7,600. Per shot & multiple shots probably needed this is an expensive dream. Because it is not FDA approved insurance will not cover it. Thank you for any help , all is appreciated,
