Strive to Survive for Shirley

Unfortunately one of our very dear friends Shirley Caissie has been diagnosed and is fighting Stage 3B lung cancer . Shirley is one of the most loving and kind people I have ever met. She recently just retired and moved out of province so she has no heath benefits to help with the extreme cost in fighting this horrible disease. Shirley has begun treatment and expenses are adding up very fast.  Shirley is the kind of person to never ask for anything and would do anything for anyone so these funds will go to very good use in fighting the battle she has ahead of her . The last thing anyone should ever have to worry about while be retired and diagnosed with an illness is how they will be able to afford medication to beat this .  There are many out of pocket expenses that come along with fighting cancer. Medications, traveling cost, parking fees , healthy food , so many things that our health care system does not cover that are essentials she will need to beat this.  So please anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated and will be put to very good use.  Please share and keep Shirley in your prayers
