Eye Surgery for Jackson

Jackson is our active and energetic 5 year old who has been recently diagnosed with a severe case of Esotropia, a form of Strabismus. This means that he has a misalignment or wandering of his left eye inward and he requires surgery on the surface of his eye so that he will not lose his eye sight completely.

Jackson will be undergoing general anesthesia and surgery on Wednesday, July 11th. 

We are still working to meet our deductible of $5,500, then will be paying 20% of any further cost. Our maximum out of pocket expense is $6,650. The hospital costs alone are over $5,000.

We are appreciative of anything you are able to donate to help our family with this burden. 

Funds will be used to cover the hospital, anesthesia, surgery, and medication costs. Any funds given over our total cost will be donated to a charity of Jackson’s choice.
