Cuba Educational and Cultural Tour

Your donations will help defray the cost of our Historic Tour to Cuba. A delegation of family members of prisoners and victims of police killings, traveled to Cuba at the invitation of The Federation of Cuban Women.
and the Cuban Institute for Friendship With the People We brought back pictures, videos, and stories from theTour to share with the community. While in Cuba we shared about the impact of the Justice System on Communities of Color, the Political Realities of America and how it affected our families.
We met Gerardo with Hernández, one of the Cuban Five who shared his prison experience with us. He and four others were unjustly held in American Prisons for over 15 years. They were convicted of spying in U.S. federal court in Miami in 2001, in a political prosecution by the U.S. government. The men were actually trying to prevent attacks on Cuba from the United States. I shared my sons unjust prosecution with him and the audience at our meeting.
Your support will help defray the costs of the trip and help us spread the word about Cuba! America must end the Embargo against Cuba and allow them to conduct business. The Embargo does not allow countries that do business with America to do business with Cuba? This is the Colonialism that keeps South America and Africa from growing economically.
