Please help this gorgeous little cat!(Jiggly Puff)

This beautiful little girl (I've called her Jiggly Puff...) was brought in to my practice and after trying so hard to reunite her with her owners, we cannot. This wonderful little girl has heart failure. She won't have long left, and so I would love to give her the best chance at a lovely Christmas and a peaceful new year! I am therefore fundraising in the hope I can raise some money to give this girl the medication and care she needs until her time to cross rainbow bridge comes. She currently has a good quality of life and loves to cuddle and play. I would hate for her to live her days out in a kennel! Please, if you can share anything, I would be so grateful and so would she.
