Stem cell treatment for my 19yr old

The day after thanksgiving 2016 my 19 yr old daughter , Laurel Boatman, was diagnosed with MS. Within a week she became paralyzed on the left side of her body and can't speak and can barely see. She has been in the hospital a total of 18 days going through treatment with little success. She has the rarest form of MS (acute progressive MS). She is not only my daughter but my best friend and workout partner. There is a stem cell cure for MS but it's not covered by Kaiser permanente insurance. I'm hoping to raise the funds to help her, any thing to save my beautiful and smart girl, please help us
