Star Temple Rescue

We have been rescuing dogs & cats in Mexico for 3 years now. We currently have 9 dogs and 6 cats All of which are from the street or rescue situations.  Some were only going to be fostered  but once they leave puppy stage no one wants them, so, we would hardly put them back out on the street. Therefore we  decided that we won't foster anymore, but we will give a forever home for up to 9 dogs and 7 cats.
 So yes you could say these are our pets because they are loved and cared for.... but we have a tiny income 13,000mex a month which is £540 approx.
Over the last 3 years we have had animals with severe Injuries,illnesses and disabilities. The medical bills have cost all our savings and the ongoing care for these animals is a lot . We spend nearly 11,000mex (£450) on food and deparacitation/heartworm treatment every month alone, Leaving 2 humans  2500mex - £100 to live on.  We don't mind at all BUT sometimes it gets very difficult & expensive. We have been asked if we would adopt them out, yes we would consider with some but there are soooooooo many animals needing homes  why give ours away when they have a forever home and stop another street animal having that chance. after the amount of time we have hd some of these animals  they are now a family that get on soooo well.
  Today we  spent $6000mex on our disabled street dog  Foxy Face to have his front legs amputated to reduce pain levels and to give him a better quality of life  (story to follow soon ) ... we have spent 13,500mex on a wheel chair for him..
When we found lucky she had 5% chance to survive and is now nearly 3years old  and going strong, she has had 3 leg and hip operations that have cost so far over 40,000mex (£1660)

Luna was VERY diseased when we found her and we spent way over 36,000mex in getting her well.

We have to find money for random diseases, re occurring diseases.  

Bomba had hepititus recently..... the list goes on so far we have sent over 200,000 mex on these animals to get them into the BEST possible life condition but with street animals the problems continue and some times we go without for them to get, so, if you could donate to help us to maintain their forever home and good health that  would be awesome  its 15 animals that dont have to be adopted and found a home ...  they have sooo much love but sometimes finances are hard to come by.
