Stand Strong 4 Sam

Sam is the 12 year old son of Chris and Elizabeth Wooters. Sam has Duchene Muscular Dystrophy and on Thursday, March 3, 2016 Sam stopped breathing while he was at school. The teacher, nurse, and officer on duty were fast to respond and started CPR on him. It took them 15 minutes before they got a steady heartbeat from Sam. He was then taken by helicopter to Children's National in Washington D. C. That is where he is now. He has a collapsed lung and sustained some broken/cracked ribs from the CPR. He has not woken up since they have taken him off of sedation. The expenses of being in the picu is going to be huge but nothing is to much when it comes to your child. The doctors have not given us much hope but we serve a God that is able and willing to heal Sam! We are believing in a miracle of complete healing in Sam. The family could really use your help as medical expenses are high and Chris and Elizabeth have been with Sam everyday. Sam also has 2 younger siblings, Faith and Aaron.
