Stage 4 liver end of life liver failure

Please help! Very urgent, I’m 44 yrs old and don’t have long to live. I suffer from stage 4 end of life liver failure. My insurance covers part of my transplant but, not all of it. If I’m lucky enough to get a transplant I’ll be on rejection medication for the rest of my life. The medication runs around $3,500 per month of which my insurance pays only a portion of. I’m currently on the list to get the transplant and have been for over a year now.

i was once a bodybuilder that weight 198 pounds, due to liver failure my body has used all the protein of my muscles. I now weigh 104 pounds.
The money donated will assist in paying medical bills, rejection medication, and a power assist scooter to get around. If I pass away then the funds will be used again for medical bills and help my wife and daughters on my funeral expenses. I currently only have $10,000 in life insurance. I’ve accepted the facts of this and have a new home in heaven if I don’t make it. I’m begging at this point for anyone to please help me. I don’t want to leave this world knowing my family will struggle, possibly loose their home and vehicle because of my disease.
