st austins infant playground
Donation protected
Dear all
I am raising funds for St. Austin's primary school infant playground.
At the minute the playground is constantly full of mud from the patch at the side of the playground, which the children call the woodland walk.
I've been in constant correspondence with the school to see how this can be sorted out, but it has come to light that the school have no funding that can be used on the outside area. As the inside of the school needs a lot doing first and rightly so.
At the beginning of January I personally paid for the tree stump to be removed from the patch, so work can be done there but the more I'm getting quotes the more expensive its becoming.
So therefore, I am reaching out to everyone to ask for help to raise enough money to create a nice clean playing space where our children can sit and play.
ALL MONEY RAISED WILL GO ON:
Artificial grass across the patch of mud on the woodland walk.
Higher fencing around the plot where the children have planted 200 bulbs.
The bushes outside year 1 and 2's classrooms removed and artificial grass laid down to create a sitting space.
Turn the sandpit into some sort of grow garden for the children.
All Money will directly go to the school and any extra money raised will go towards any future projects within the school playgrounds
I know it is January and money is tight but i know as a team, us parents can pull together and make this happen for our children.
