Team Elizabeth

We want to first thank everyone for your prayers and thoughts through this time. Elizabeth has fallen very ill and is currently in the pediatric ICU at OSF children’s Hospital in Peoria undergoing treatments for viral meningitis. She has developed hydrocephalus causing her brain to swell. She has had one brain surgery and could be facing another. She is a strong fighter! Heather is very worried and in need of as much support as possible. We are asking for people to make a small donation or share this page to help her with expenses being at the hospital and help supplement the income she will lose during her time off work. Elizabeth is special to all of us and she needs all the support she can get. I (Michelle) will be traveling to see her twice a week and can bring small items to her such as stuffed animals, cards and books. Flowers and balloons are not aloud. Thanks everybody and keep thinking about her and praying.
