2018 Miss Buganda DC Pageant

Tendo Nsubuga and Zawe Magoba are hosting the 1st ever Miss Buganda DC pageant. It is proudly presented by Ggwanga Mujje DC on Saturday, May 26th 2018.
This pageant was created to give young Baganda women a platform to express their appreciation and knowledge of their Buganda culture. Our mission is based on a clear set of principles which are Service, Culture, Success and Style. The mission of Miss Buganda DC is to find, appreciate, and promote women with strong goals, as well as interest in promoting the Buganda culture, and supporting causes related to education and the empowerment of women.
Along with the necessary expenses to produce and facilitate the pageant on the night of the event, this money will go towards the humanitarian activities by the eventual winner of the pageant.
We hope to raise $5,000 by May 26th, 2018. The pageant will take place at The Viking Center on May 26th, 2018. The address is 15212 Dino Drive, Burtonsville, MD 20866.
